Synopsis
The talk will deal with the economic and political situation in Egypt, Melrose's entry into Egypt, our operating experience there, the structure of the oil industry and the regulatory environment in Egypt.
Speaker
John is Technical Manager at Melrose Resources plc, Edinburgh, running the technical effort for Melrose's exploration and production operations in Egypt, Bulgaria, USA, and Turkey. He previously held positions with CNR International (UK) Limited, TRACS International, Enterprise Oil, and Shell International. John is a graduate of Imperial College London with an MSc in Petroleum Reservoir Engineering.
