As Senior Vice President of Developments and Operations, Iman has Group responsibility for concept selection and field development planning to deliver the next tranche of the Group?s pre-sanction projects to production and she also continues to play a key role in the delivery of the Brazilian field developments. Iman also has Group accountability for Well Engineering and Production Operations and is charged with taking Well Engineering and Operations to the next functional excellence level, a critical activity for the Group going forward. She previously held technical and managerial postions at BP and Shell. Iman holds bachelor's and master's degrees from Aberdeen University.
