Synopsis

In the face of a volatile commodity price, which could be ‘lower for life’ and not ‘lower for longer’, Ray will discuss the need for a new mindset if the oil and gas industry is to progress and succeed. Ray will draw on his own leadership experience and share examples from CNOOC International on changing behaviours, embedding culture, sustaining cost improvements, collaborating on new contracting strategies and harnessing the digital revolution.
