Election of Officers and Board of Directors

Tom Mowbray, President, nominated Steve Kew as President for a two-year term commencing 13 October 2005.  This nomination was seconded.  Members voted by voice to elect the new President.  Steve Kew took over at that moment and progressed the AGM.

The slate of board members was presented by Rob Schneider, Executive Secretary of The Scottish Oil Club.  The slate of nominations was seconded.  Members voted by voice to elect the full slate of directors.
