Hotel Rooms for Members and their GuestsThe Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa has reserved 40 rooms for guests staying over the night of the dinner (11 March 2005), and 15 rooms for the Saturday Night (12 March 2005), at the favourable rates of £155 (single) and £180 (double), per room per night including VAT at 17.5% and Full Scottish Breakfast in the Terrace Restaurant. Hosts and members are requested to book rooms directly with the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa rather than via the Club. Early booking is recommended (cut-off date is 10th February 2005). Hospitality SuitesCorporate members of the Club may wish to entertain their guests before the dinner in separate hospitality suites. The Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa has a number of hospitality suites available and should be booked direct with the Hotel and not through the Club. [top]
